What are your delivery times?
We aim to have your order processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please then allow another 2-5 business days for metro courier delivery and 3-7 days for regional areas you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays. If you are absent at the time of delivery, items will be taken to a local depot or post office. A calling card will be left at the delivery address, containing all relevant contact details.
Standard International shipping: 7-21 days depending on location.
Express International shipping: 4-15 days depending on location.

How much will shipping cost?
Standard shipping in Australia starts at $8.95. While Express shipping starts at $11.95. Please email email@example.com regarding costs for international shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once we receive your order and it has been processed, you will automatically be sent a tracking number.
I didn't receive a tracking number.
Please send your name and order number to email@example.com, we will check the status of your order and send you your tracking number manually.
I entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
Unfortunately once an order is placed it is unlikely that the address can be changed. However, if you do wish to amend your address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.
How can I cancel my order?
Email us straight away at email@example.com. After your item has been shipped we unfortunately can't cancel your order.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise an exchange for you to get it fixed.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Faulty or damaged goods may be returned within 30 days.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Unfortunately this can happen, please send the full name the order was made under and a description of the ordered items to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check the status of your order and will resend your confirmation email manually.
My item is faulty but I purchased it a few months ago.
It is highly unlikely we can help you with this because the purchase will be outside the Returns window detailed in our Returns and Exchanges Policy. However, please contact us at email@example.com if you want to discuss this further.
Purchases made at AH-WEAR which are faulty or missing items claims need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind . Please send all necessary imageries and queries to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN:
• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Tags remain attached to garments.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Products received without authorization.
• Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30% off) or on markdown/final sale.
• Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one pieces and sets).
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products without their tags attached.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odor.
• Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes, fake tan, deodorant and makeup.
Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.
Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
If product is found not be at fault of ah-wear, ah-wear is not liable for the return shipping cost .
Do you offer returns for change of mind?
There are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We will only accept a return if the product is faulty or if you have received the wrong item.
How long does it take to process my return?
It can take up to 7 business days to process your return once we receive it. We aim to process it as soon as possible.
